Attendees include Heads, Commandants, and senior leadership from the 6 Senior Military Colleges (SMCs) plus Tarleton State University, Texas A&M at Galveston, and VWIL at Mary Baldwin. Military Junior College Leadership will be invited for 2026. SMC Cyber representatives join the conference holding parallel sessions. Presentations are given by OUSD, U.S. Cadet Command, USN, USMC and USAF. Topics include commissioning programs, DoD and Service programs, Title IX issues, etc. Conference venue rotates between SMCs.
